Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the product and your location. Most items arrive within 7–13 business days. Heavier items such as the Monitor Riser may take up to 21 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at traders.market.co@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Traders Market Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
